All of our down and feather fillings are manufactured with a guarantee that their feather and down is sourced only as a by-product of the food industry. In addition, suppliers are monitored to ensure they practise the highest standards of animal welfare.

We never bleach our down or feathers as this can affect their quality. We only use naturally white down and feathers, which have been carefully cleaned but may feature occasional flecks of natural-grey colouring.

Our pillows are thoroughly tested to European standards.

Mainland UK orders over the value of £45 are shipped free of charge via DPD. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days after purchase via a Next Day Delivery service. Tracking information is provided by DPD.

All orders under £45 are charged at a flat rate of £6.
